Identification Badge Policy

While registering for the Linexpo Underwear and Hosiery Fair, I can choose to refuse third party approval, but by allowing my badge to be scanned by an exhibitor or sponsor, I give my personal data to the exhibitor or sponsor, and thus, that personal information is not shared by the exhibitor or sponsor. I agree that it may be used in the future to contact me regarding its products or services. Badges cannot be read remotely. I also agree that my personal data may be stored and used by the Linexpo Underwear and Hosiery Fair organizer and any third party hosting provider acting on its behalf, for the purpose of conducting the event and analyzing visitor traffic to improve the event experience for visitors and others. I understand that as part of event security/participation, my badge may be scanned at entry/exit. This process is not linked to any 3rd party consent choices I have made.
